PACKAGING
Fashion21 Twist Eye Pencil is a mechanical eye pencil that comes in a pack of three. There's no need to sharpen, just twist the barrel and the pencil is out. It is so convenient. It comes with a transparent cap so you can easily recognize it. This eye pencil has 1.5 grams of products in it. You can have a different eye make up look depending on the occasion or your mood. I have 5 sets, namely, Black Smokey Eyes, Princess Eyes, Pop Princess Eyes, Colorful Eyes and Dashing Eyes.
There's a lot of shade available. You can purchase per set depending on the eye make up you would like to achieve. Here's a closer look on what shades are included in each set:

SWATCHES
There are 9 shades in total: Nimbus, Lilac, Grass, Azure, Lagoon, Smoke, Gold, Pearl, and Sable.
REVIEW:
I used Dashing Eyes (set) for this look. Gold for the base, Nimbus to add depth and Pearl for my inner eye for a fresher look. And finished it off with Smoke for the waterline.
Fashion21 Twist Eye Pencil is very smooth and glides on perfectly. The pigmentation is opaque, but need two swipes to give a good color payoff. The shades are very pretty, too. It is waterproof and also smudge-proof. Though some of the shades like Grass & Nimbus didn't pass the smudge test. Having to wear it on a humid day, it lasted me for a good 4-5 hours.
Sable, Gold, Lagoon, Azure, Grass, Smoke, and Lilac shades are really creamy, pigmented & blendable that it can double as an eye shadow.
I have a watery eyes and only Smoke shade is suitable for the waterline. It is easy to apply and lasts really well.
Pearl shade is little bit chalky and dry. On the eyelids, there's a bit tugging involved.
Nimbus shade is my least favorite. It's not pigmented and fades on smudge test.
All of the eye pencil shades does not have weird smell and does not sting. So two thumbs up for that!
Recommendation: Overall, I really like this product. I like that some of the shades in this range can be used as an eyeliner and eye shadow. There are beautiful shades you can pick from. It locally available and cheap. If you're looking for affordable & fun eye pencils, try this product!
