Preparing food for your little one may be a little overwhelming especially for first-time moms. So I've collected some easy-to-make dishes my baby girl loves to eat. Please keep in mind that we follow traditional weaning (complementary feeding), that means we started giving mashed food when my baby is 6months old. We exclusively give her breastmilk/milk from 0-6months. According to the World Health Organization, a baby should be physically ready before introducing solid food.
